The petition is consigned as the earlier order has been substantially complied with.

Summary

Gyanti Kumari filed a civil writ petition against the State of Bihar and several education officials seeking relief. The petitioner claimed that the order dated 25 July 2023 in CWJC No. 3814 of 2023 had not been fully complied with. The court examined the record and found that the order had been substantially complied with. Consequently, the court held that no further adjudication was necessary. The petition was therefore consigned, effectively dismissing it, though the petitioner was advised that any remaining grievance could be pursued through appropriate legal remedies.
