Summary

Five petitioners filed a writ petition against the State of Bihar and various education officials seeking the grant of a provident fund. The State, through its counsel, submitted that the petitioners' claim had already been adjudicated and that an amount of Rs.26,22,161 had been sanctioned and credited via Memo No.888 dated 11.03.2026. The court examined these submissions and found that the petitioners' grievances were already redressed. Consequently, the court held that there was nothing left for adjudication. The application was therefore disposed of, effectively dismissing the petition.
