- Decided

- DISPOSED
Holding
The Court held that the earlier contempt order had been complied with, so no further order was necessary and the application was disposed of.
Summary
Ashok Kumar Singh filed an application before the Patna High Court alleging that the State authorities had failed to comply with the directions issued on 27 September 2021 in CWJC No. 16780 of 2021, which required him to file a representation and the authorities to dispose of it within three months while observing natural justice. The earlier order also permitted the petitioner to approach alternative remedies and to seek priority listing of the petition. Respondents 6 and 7 filed a show‑cause statement claiming the petitioner was harassing officials and that they had already given oral assurances, later advising him to file a contempt petition. The Court examined the show‑cause statements and concluded that the contempt order issued earlier had already been complied with. Consequently, the Court found no need for any further directions and disposed of the present application. All pending applications, if any, were also ordered to stand disposed.
