Holding

The court disposed of the contempt petition, granting the petitioner liberty to challenge the order before the appropriate forum by filing a representation.

Summary

Petitioner Bindu Devi filed a contempt petition challenging an order that required her to make a representation, which was subsequently disposed of rejecting her claim. The petitioner, through counsel, sought liberty to contest the disposal of her representation before a suitable forum. The court considered the petitioner's request for such liberty. It held that the contempt petition could be disposed of while granting the petitioner permission to approach the appropriate forum by filing a fresh representation. Consequently, the petition was dismissed with the liberty to challenge the order elsewhere.
