The contempt application is disposed of.

Summary

The petitioner, Mithilesh Kumar, filed a contempt application against the State of Bihar and certain officials. No counsel appeared for the petitioner to contest the State’s submission. The Court noted the lack of representation by the petitioner and, after considering the State’s compliance affidavit, disposed of the contempt application, allowing the petitioner to seek any further remedy if desired.
