1.      We have perused the present applications alongwith the office
        note(s). Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that in
        the connected matter, delay has been condoned by the Coordinate
        Bench of this Court.


2.      In such circumstances, having heard learned counsel for the
        respective parties and considering the averments made in the
        application, the applicant has established sufficient cause and

           therefore, delay in preferring the first appeal deserves to be
           condoned and is hereby condoned.


3.         Accordingly, the present applications are allowed in above terms
