     The report of the Police Sub Inspector, Vejalpur Police

Station, District Panchmahal has been produced by the

learned APP. According to the report, the sole appellant–

convict, Vinodbhai Ramanbhai Valand, died on 12.06.2025.

The report is supported by a copy of the death certificate as

well as the statement of Rajendra Ramanbhai Parekh, the

brother of the deceased, who has confirmed the death and

the statement of Jignesh Chandrashankar Pathak, a

         In view of the aforesaid report, Criminal Appeal No.

1451 of 2007 stands disposed of as abated.
