ORAL ORDER
1. The present application has been filed by the applicant
through his mother, who appears in person, seeking
temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of
medical treatment of his mother’s eyes.
2. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives
service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent – State.
3. Having heard and considering the averments made in
the application, more particularly, the ground mentioned
therein, as well as considering the jail remarks which indicate
that the applicant was lastly released in the month of
January, 2026 and reported back in time and that, his
conduct in jail is satisfactory, this Court is inclined to exercise
discretion in favour of the present applicant.

4. The application partly succeeds and is accordingly
allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary
bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual release,
upon his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the concerned jail
authority, subject to the usual terms and conditions.
4.1 It is further directed that the applicant shall mark his
presence before the nearest police station on a daily
basis during the aforesaid period and shall surrender before
the jail authority forthwith upon the expiry of the temporary
bail period. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
4.2 Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
authority, forthwith.
