ANISH @ANNU AZIZKHAN MUNNA LAKDAWALA HUSAINKHAN PATHAN THRO PATHAN SONU ANISHKHANversusSTATE OF GUJARAT

Disposal
28-REJECTED @ ADM.STAGE

Holding

The court held that temporary bail could not be granted due to the applicant's late surrender and unsatisfactory jail conduct.

Summary

The applicant sought temporary bail on the ground of financial assistance to his family. The court noted that the applicant had been released in December 2025 but surrendered 32 days late and his jail conduct was poor. No satisfactory justification for granting bail was presented. Considering the jail remarks and the applicant's conduct, the court found no basis to grant temporary bail. Consequently, the application for temporary bail was rejected.

   1. This application is filed by the applicant, through his

representative for temporary bail on the ground of financial

   assistance to the family.

   2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on

record, more particularly, considering the jail remarks, it

appears that when the applicant was released in the month

of December, 2025, he surrendered late by 32 days and also

that his jail conduct is not good and no justifiable reason is

made out for releasing him on temporary bail. The

   application is rejected, accordingly.
