             Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent
 State.

             Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances and
 grounds urged in this application, I deem it fit to exercise my
 discretion in favour of the applicant for the purpose of releasing him
 on temporary bail. The applicant shall be released on temporary bail
 for a period of 10 (TEN) days from the date of her release, on a
 personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only). On or before
 the expiry of the temporary bail period, the applicant shall surrender
 before the jail authority. The Registry shall inform about this order to
 the Jail Authority at the earliest. Present application is disposed of.

             Rule is made absolute to aforesaid extent accordingly. Direct
 service permitted.
