                                                     Date : 12/06/2026

                                                       ORAL ORDER

   1. This application is filed by the applicant, through his

representative for temporary bail on the ground of arranging

funds for paying admission fees of his son.

   2. Having heard and perusing the papers available on

record, more particularly, considering the jail remarks, it

appears that the applicant was recently arrested and no

justifiable reason is made out for releasing him on temporary

bail. The application is rejected, accordingly.

                                                                                          (SANJEEV J.THAKER,J)
