           14.07.2026 by Police Inspector, Navsari Rural Police Station.

           The same is taken on record. In the report it has been

           stated that a report has been submitted of closure of the

           said complaint.

                    In view of the said report, learned advocate for the

           applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with

           liberty to file a fresh application in case of difficulty.


                    Permission as sought for is granted. The matter is

           disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
