Temporary bail was denied as the applicant failed to demonstrate a justifiable reason for release.

Summary

The petitioner, Roashan @Roshan Bhaiya Umeshbhai Thakur, was arrested on 15 April 2026 and applied for temporary bail on the ground that his mother required medical treatment. The applicant's counsel submitted a doctor's statement indicating that the mother's medical reports were normal. The court examined the grounds of the application, the jail remarks, and the doctor's statement. Finding that the medical condition did not warrant special consideration, the court concluded that there was no justifiable reason to grant temporary bail. Consequently, the application for temporary bail was rejected.

                                                   ORAL ORDER

This is an application for temporary bail on the

ground of his mother’s treatment.

                      Heard learned advocates.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the

application as well as the jail remarks, along with the

statement of the doctor, produced by the learned APP, it

transpires that the applicant is recently arrested i.e. on

15.04.2026 and the Doctor has advised that the reports of

the applicant’s mother appear to be normal.

In view of above, it appears that no justifiable

reason is made out for releasing him on temporary leave.

The application is rejected, accordingly.

                                                                                    (SANJEEV J.THAKER,J)
