              1.       This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant

              seeking temporary bail.



              2.       This Court by an order dated 15.07.2026 had permitted

              the      applicant         to    withdraw          the      application        and       the      said

              application was withdrawn and no justifiable reasons have

              been stated in the application. Hence, no case is made out.

              The application is rejected, accordingly.



              3.       Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

              authority.
