              1.       This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant

              seeking temporary bail.



              2.       Considering the jail remarks, it appears that when the

              applicant was released from 22.05.2024 to 22.06.2024, he had

              absconded for 476 days and Police had arrested him and jail

              conduct of the applicant is also not good. Hence, no case is

              made out.           The application is rejected, accordingly.



              3.       Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

              authority.
