1.        This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant

seeking temporary bail.



2.        Considering                the       jail       remarks,            it      appears            that        the

applicant was released recently by an order dated 02.01.2026

for a period of five days from 05.01.2026 to 09.01.2026.

Furthermore the jail remarks show that his jail conduct is

not good. Hence, no case is made out. The application is

rejected, accordingly.



3.        Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
