1.       This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant

seeking temporary bail.


2.       Considering            the       jail     remarks,          it    appears          that       the

applicant was released recently by an order dated 21.01.2026

from 23.01.2026 to 31.01.2026, and the jail remarks also

show that his jail conduct is not good. Hence, no case is

made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.


3.       Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
