1.      This application is filed by the applicant, through his

representative for temporary bail.

2.      Having heard and perusing the papers available on

record, more particularly,                      considering the jail remarks, it

appears that the applicant was released recently by an order

dated 26.11.2025, from 26.11.2025 to 16.12.2025, for a period

of 20 days. Furthermore, no justifiable reasons have been

stated. Hence, no case is made out.                                       The application is

rejected, accordingly.
