1.       This application is filed by the applicant, through his

representative for temporary bail.


2.       Having heard and perusing the papers available on

record, more particularly,                      considering the jail remarks, it

appears that the applicant has recently been arrested on

20.11.2025, and earlier by an order dated 19.05.2026, the

present applicant was granted temporary bail for 7 days from

25.05.2026 to 31.05.2026. Further, no justifiable reasons have

been stated. Hence, no case is made out.                                    The application is

rejected, accordingly.
