1.       This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant

seeking temporary bail.



2.       Considering           the      jail     remarks,         it    appears         that      the

applicant was released recently by an order dated 09.12.2025

from 22.12.2025 to 02.01.2026 and the fact that jail conduct

of the applicant is also not good, moreover no justifiable

reasons have been stated in the application. Hence, no case

is made out.             The application is rejected, accordingly.



3.       Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
