The court refused to grant temporary bail to the petitioner.
Summary
The petitioner, Ajaykumar Singh Rajbaksing Rajput, filed a criminal miscellaneous application seeking temporary bail. The court noted that the petitioner had been released earlier by an order dated 09-12-2025 for the period 23-12-2025 to 31-12-2025. The jail report indicated that the petitioner’s conduct while in custody was unsatisfactory and the application did not provide any justifiable reason for further release. Considering the adverse jail remarks and the lack of a compelling ground, the court found no case for granting bail. Consequently, the application for temporary bail was rejected and the order was directed to be communicated to the jail authority.

from 23.12.2025 to 31.12.2025 and the fact that the jail
conduct of the applicant is also not good and no justifiable
reasons have been stated in the application. Hence, no case
is made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
