              Though served, none appears for the respondents.


              Heard learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Dave for the

applicant – State and considering the averments made in this

application as well as in the additional affidavit filed by the

applicant in support of the application, delay, as prayed for,

is hereby condoned, as the applicant has shown sufficient

cause. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.


              It is noted that the respondents have also filed an

appeal with an application for condonation of delay. The said
