applicant, upon instruction, seeks permission to withdraw the present
Revision Application.

     Permission as sough for is granted. The present Revision
Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.

      In view of the withdrawal of main Revision Application, the
Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.25756 of 2017 in Criminal
Revision Application No.980 of 2017 becomes infructuous, hence,
the same stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
