          This is an application preferred by the State for
condonation of delay of 265 days occurred in filing the
aforesaid Criminal Appeal.
          Considering the averments made in the application,
the Court is of the opinion that the delay has been
sufficiently            explained            and        deserves            to     be       condoned.
Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The present Criminal
Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
