 1.          This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant seeking
 temporary bail for 30 days on the ground of financial assistance to his
 family.


 2.          Considering the jail remarks from which it appears that the
 applicant was recently released in the month of December 2025, as
 well as the ground mentioned, no case is made out for exercising
 discretion. The application is rejected, accordingly.


 3.          Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
 authority.
