 1.         This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant seeking
 temporary bail for 30 days on the ground of financial assistance to
 his family.


 2.         The jail remarks indicate that the applicant was released vide
 order dated 16.12.205 by the Sessions Court concerned for 5 days
 from 26.12.2025 to 31.12.2025. Considering the same, no case is
 made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.


 3.         Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail
 authority.
