                   Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule for
the respondent no.1 – State.

                   The present application is filed for restoration of the
captioned criminal misc. application and criminal appeal, which
was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

                   Having heard learned advocates for the respective
parties and considering the contents of the application, the
present application requires consideration and accordingly, is
allowed subject to remove the office objections, if any, within a
period of one week. Rule made absolute.
