The court granted temporary bail for ten days with conditions, finding the applicant's conduct satisfactory and the financial hardship sufficient ground.
Summary
The applicant, Mohammadsalim, filed a temporary bail application through his wife, seeking release for 30 days to provide financial assistance to his family. The Additional Public Prosecutor waived service of notice on behalf of the State. The court noted that the applicant had been in custody since August 2025, had satisfactory conduct in jail, and considered the financial hardship claim. Exercising its discretion, the court granted temporary bail for 10 days, subject to a personal bond of Rs.10,000, reporting to the nearest police station every alternate day, and surrendering at the end of the period. The order was directed to be communicated to the jail authority immediately.
