   1.        This application, through jail, has been preferred by the
   applicant seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the
   ground of providing financial assistance to his family.



   2.        It appears that the trial has commenced and the
   applicant is facing serious charges under Sections 103(1),
   140(1), 189(4), 189(2), 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 238(a),
   and 3(5) of the BNS, read with Section 135(1) of the G.P. Act.
   In view of the seriousness of the offences, no case is made out
   for grant of temporary bail. The application is, accordingly,
   rejected.



   3.        The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the
   concerned jail authority.
