                                               ORAL ORDER
  1.        This application, through jail, has been preferred by the
  applicant seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the
  ground of arranging funds for his family.



  2.        It appears that charges have been framed against the
  applicant under Sections 8(c), 20(c), and 29 of the NDPS Act,
  1985. Considering the nature and seriousness of the offences,
  and the stage of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to
  exercise its discretionary powers in favour of the applicant.
  Accordingly, no case is made out for grant of temporary bail,
  and the application stands rejected.



  3.        The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the
  concerned jail authority.
