1.        It transpires from the jail remarks that the Applicant was
recently            released               on        temporary                 bail         for       6      days           from
24.12.2025 to 31.12.2025 vide order dated 23.12.2025 passed
by the Learned Additional Sessions Court, Jetpur in Criminal
Misc. Application No. 329/2025.


2.        In view of the above, no case is made out for granting
temporary bail. Captioned Application stands disposed of
accordingly.
