                                             ORAL ORDER

           Vide order dated 20.08.2022 passed in Criminal Misc.
 Application No. 1183 of 2022, the learned Designated Special
 Judge, GPID, Ahmedabad, Rural, directed that the trial be
 conducted and completed preferably within six months from the
 date of passing of the said order. However, till date, the trial has
 not been concluded on one pretext or the other. The Trial Court
 is therefore directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as
 possible, and in any case within a period of one year from today.


           With the aforesaid observations, the present application
 disposed of, accordingly.


           All the parties to the case to co-operate in conducting the
 trial.
