1.       When the matter is called out, Chief O icer - Y.G. Patani,

Probation of O enders Act, Palanpur, Banaskantha, is present

in-person before this Court.

2.       By an order dated 05.08.2026, the Registry was directed to

call for a report qua extending the probation of bene,ts to the

applicant. The report is submitted, which is taken on record and

along with the report, the Probation O icer has submitted a

copy of the death certi,cate of the applicant – Surajsinh Rupsinh

Rajput,       which        shows         that      the       applicant       has      expired         on

29.04.2014 and the death is registered with the Talati cum

Mantri (Births & Deaths), Taluka - Vav, District - Banaskantha.

3.       In view of the same, the matter stands disposed of as

having become infructuous.
