1.       Mr. Parth Bhatt, learned standing counsel, upon instructions, states that,
the present first appeal may be disposed of as the appellant – S.S.N.L. has
decided to accept the judgment. The written communication dated 21.08.2026,
to this effect, tendered by learned standing counsel, is ordered to be taken on
record.

2.       It appears from the communication that, time of two months has been
sought to deposit the decretal amount.

3.       In such circumstances, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of
above written communication. The appellant shall deposit the decretal amount
along with the interest within a period of three months.
