1.    Leave to amend. To be carried out forthwith.


2.    Learned advocate Mr. Kartikey Kanojiya for learned
advocate Mr. Dilip Kanojiya for the petitioner, under the
instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present
petition with a liberty to approach the concerned Town
Planning O$icer for ventilation of his grievance by way of
representation within a period of 10 days from today.


3.    Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present
petition is disposed of accordingly as withdrawn. Needless to
clarify that if any such representation is (led within a period
of 10 days, the concerned Town Planning O$icer shall decide
the same in accordance with law, within a period of one
month.
