1.    Heard        learned   advocate        Ms.     Mamta     Vyas      for      the
petitioner     and     learned     Assistant       Government     Pleader         Ms.
Namrata Bhatt for the respondents.


2.    Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Bhatt for the
respondents, under instructions, submitted that the proposal of
the school for a regularization of the period from 01.03.2013
to 05.07.2018, which is said to have been pending, shall be
decided within a period of two weeks from today.


3.    On such assurance being given, learned advocate Ms.
Mamta Vyas for the petitioner, at this stage, without entering
into the merits of the case, does not press the present petition.

4.       The present petition is disposed of accordingly as not
pressed with a direction to the respondent-authority to abide
by their assurance. In case of any difficulty, the petitioner
shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
