              withdraw          this      application         in     view      of    the      fact     that     an

                       In view of the fact that the application for parole is

              authority as early as possible, preferably within a period of

              two weeks.

                       Permission as sought for is granted. With the aforesaid

              observation, the matter is disposed of as withdrawn.
