representative, seeking parole leave.

2.      Having          heard        the      matter         and      perusing          the      papers

available on record, more particularly noting that parole leave

was      sought         by      the      present         applicant          and       subsequently

withdrawn             vide       this        Court’s         order         dated         16.06.2026.

Furthermore,              no      justifiable          reasons          have        been         stated.

Considering the same, no case is made out.                                        The petition is

rejected, accordingly.
