1.      This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner

seeking parole leave.

2.      The       jail     remarks          indicates         that       the      petitioner         was

recently        been        granted         parole        leave        from        17.10.2025           to

23.10.2025, for a period of 07 days, and the fact that no

justifiable        reasons         have        been       stated        in     the      application.

Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is

rejected, accordingly.
