                 1.       This petition is filed by the petitioner, through his

                 representative, seeking parole leave.



                 2.       Having heard              and perusing the papers available on

                 record, more particularly, the jail remarks, it appears that

                 the     petitioner         was      recently        released         from       29.03.2026        to

                 11.04.2026 and no justifiable reasons have been stated in the

                 application. Considering the same, no case is made out.                                        The

                 petition is rejected, accordingly.
