                                              ORAL ORDER

  1.       This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner

  seeking parole leave to enable the applicant to challenged the

  order passed on 10.05.2013, before the Apex Court.

  2.       The jail remarks indicate that the petitioner has been

  released on multiple occasions, and the jail remarks also

  shows         that       upon        being        released          vide      an       order       dated

  05.07.2016,             the       petitioner           absconded             for       2409         days.

  Furthermore, no justifiable reasons for the parole have been

  stated. Considering the same, no case is made out.                                                    The

  petition is rejected, accordingly.


  3.       Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

  authority.
