 representative, seeking parole leave, so as to enable the

 applicant to file an appeal.

 2.        Having heard and perusing the papers available on

 record, more particularly, the jail remarks, it appears that

 the petitioner was released by an order dated 05.03.2026, for

 21 days for filing an appeal. Further, no justifiable reasons

 have been stated in the application. Considering the same, no

 case is made out.                  The petition is rejected, accordingly.
