                                         ORAL ORDER

1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner
seeking furlough leave.

2. Considering the jail remarks, the conduct of the

applicant is not good. Moreover, earlier when the applicant

was released on temporary bail, he has been absconding for

527 days. The order passed by the authority also states that

there is a possibility of applicant harassing the complainant
and his family. No justifiable reasons have been given for

grant of furlough leave. Hence, the petition is rejected,

accordingly.

3. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
