   1.          Learned APP submits that, in view of the Code of Conduct
   being in force, the competent authority was unable to decide
   the application. However, the Code of Conduct is expected to
   conclude after 30.04.2026.

   2.          In view of the above, the present application stands
   disposed of. The competent authority is directed to decide the
   application of the Applicant as expeditiously as possible after
   the completion of the Code of Conduct.
