The court exercised its discretion and granted parole for ten days on condition of a personal bond, as the petitioner’s conduct was satisfactory and the marriage function required timely attendance.
Summary
The petitioner, Thakor Gadaji Jawanji, applied for parole leave of 21 days to attend his niece's marriage, submitting an invitation card as evidence. The Additional Public Prosecutor waived service on behalf of the State.
