1.         This petition is filed by the petitioner for grant of

parole leave.



2.         Learned APP submits that the application for parole

leave of the petitioner is pending for decision before the

concerned authority.

with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the

application of the petitioner within a period of ten days                                                              and

inform about the outcome to the petitioner, accordingly.
