1.         This petition, through party-in-person, is filed by the

petitioner seeking parole leave.

2.         Having heard                    and perusing the papers available on

record, including the jail remarks, as well as the grounds

mentioned               in      the       petition,           it    appears            that        no       justifiable

reason is made out for releasing him on parole leave. The

application is rejected, accordingly.

3.                    Additionally, it is reported that the application of

the petitioner for parole leave is pending with the authority

concerned.

4.         Registry to communicate this order to the concerned jail

authority.
