KUNAL BHARAT KONDEversusTHE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND ANR

Disposal
Disposed off as Withdrawn

Holding

The Court allowed the withdrawal of the anticipatory bail applications and disposed of them as withdrawn.

Summary

The applicants, Sachin Suresh Suryavanshi and Kunal Bharat Konde, filed anticipatory bail applications (Nos. 212 and 213 of 2026) after a B Summary Report was filed against them in a Sangli incident. They argued they were in Pune at the time of the alleged offence and that the complaint was filed because they assisted the complainant's husband. The Assistant Public Prosecutor accepted this statement and the applicants sought leave to withdraw their anticipatory bail applications. The Court granted leave to withdraw and disposed of both applications as withdrawn.
