Leave to amend the criminal application was granted, subject to a two‑week filing deadline.

Summary

The High Court examined whether the amendment could be permitted under the precedent. The Court granted leave to amend, directing the applicants to file the amendment within two weeks, otherwise the application would be dismissed. The order also scheduled the matter for further hearing on 25 June 2026. Thus, the Court allowed the amendment with a strict deadline.
