3.               After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Viral Babar,

learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the

Applicant, seeks to simplicitor withdraw the present Bail

Application. This request is not opposed by Mr. Prashant Mishra,

learned Special Counsel for Respondent No. 1 – ED.



4.               In view of the statement made by Mr. Viral Babar,

learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw

the present Bail Application.



5.               Criminal Bail Application No. 1363 of 2026 is

dismissed as withdrawn.
